Palm Springs − This large estate home was the Palm Springs playground of renowned composer, Henry Mancini, according to local lore as well as the "Bumble Bee Tuna" Family. Located in the exclusive Mesa enclave at the southwest corner Palm Springs, you may walk to restaurants and local shopping. The home rests at the top of a rise on .9 acres and features a huge courtyard and fountain surrounded by 5200 square feet of living space. The villa sits atop a small hill on a semi−circular lot. Across the entire back of the property stretches a wide double gated drive for easy access. A similar drive also spans the front of the property. There is also a third gated drive with access to double garage and side kitchen entry to home. With five entry gates and ample parking, this home was designed for entertainment.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a center bathroom. Both bedrooms have private entrance⁄exits to both the pool area and the courtyard thru double sets of french doors. Access to these rooms is from the pool or courtyard area and not from the inside of the house making them private and independent. The first room has two queen beds, the second has one queen.
