Historic Villa Hermosa − Downtown Palm Springs − Originally designed by Albert Frey in the 1940īs as an apartment building, this 21-unit, Mid-Century Modern Development was once visited by legends such as Marilyn Monroe and Truman Capote. Villa Hermosa is located just off Palm Canyon Drive at the edge of Las Palmas; the stylish neighborhood of multi million dollar estates. There are 20 units grouped around a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi, with spectacular mountain views from your poolside chair. The complex is centrally located; restaurants and all of Downtown Palm Springs are within a short walking distance.

This unique unit has a private covered outdoor and a "secret garden" with an outdoor hot and cold water shower.
