Community BBQ, patio seating and original bar.

Centrally located with walkability to neighborhood shopping center, coffee shop, and restaurants. The Octotillo was designed by famed architects Palmer and Krisel, built by the Alexanders, and landscaped by Eckbo, so it is a true mid-century masterpiece.

Per HOA, you are only allowed 1 dog per unit and it cannot exceed 25 lbs. Pets are not allowed in the pool area for any reason. Dogs must be on a leash at all times within complex.

My family of 4 stayed at this gorgeous place over the weekend and we absolutely loved it. The interior is adorned with taste and comfort kept tidy and clean. Best quick weekend getaway and will be coming back soon.

Cute Retro Art Bungalow for Chill Weekend

This bungalow was perfect for a summer weekend getaway. It’s modern, cleanly designed and decorated, is steps away from the historic Ocotillo Lodge pool, and has all the amenities you need for a weekend of relaxation.

The bed is comfortable and clean. Each room has great light, even a skylight in the bathroom! Though I never used the stove it’s original - so cute and retro! The kitchen has every amenity I needed (measuring cup, tea kettle, water pitcher, brita, straws) and the fridge had plenty of ice (very needed for the hot days!). There’s a bunch of games and puzzles to play with under the tv to entertain yourself with. We ended up watching Bridesmaids and doing a puzzle and it was the best night ever.

I love how it’s on the main Palm road, close to everything - tacos, Kreem ice cream, Tiki bars, Tj maxx, Trader Joe’s. This location makes it convenient to making it a stay in Friday night and go out Saturday night weekend trip.

I can’t wait to stay again - might consider making a stay here every July!

My sister and I stayed the weekend at the Art Bungalow and had an amazing time! It was so cute and in a great location right next to the Ace Hotel. The outdoor space was large and private and the bungalow itself was roomy and modern and so artsy! Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again!
