The spacious primary suite features a king bed, large HDTV, and has direct access to the private courtyard. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and HDTV. Step outside to enjoy breathtaking mountain views from your private patio, complete with a BBQ and dining table for four. With no shared walls, an attached two car garage with side-by-side laundry, this condo feels like a cozy single-family home.

During your stay, you'll have access to the wonderful amenities of the Canyon Sands community, which includes seven pools & spas (one of which is just a few steps away from your front door) and multiple pickleball & tennis courts. Located just 4 miles from downtown Palm Springs and directly across from the Rimrock Shopping Center, you'll have easy access to shopping and dining. Come experience the beauty and convenience of Canyon Sands!

This vacation home rents on a 30-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
