Mesquite Country Club Phase 2. In this gated community, this 2nd floor end-unit condo with 1 bedroom and 1 bath was recently redecorated with tasteful contemporary furnishings. With east and west exposures, you'll catch great views, the morning and evening light and a nice breeze with the sliding doors open.
The main living area features a leather sofa with built in dual recliners for the ultimate in TV or movie viewing comfort. The HDTV accesses basic cable and HBO channels as well as a DVD player. There is also a stereo sound system in the living/dining area. The living room balcony has a propane barbecue and looks east out into the tree tops and across Farrell Drive towards Mesquite CC Phase 1.
The large bedroom offers a King size bed, HDTV with DVD player, and a private sound system. The bedroom opens onto a large balcony with dramatic west and south views of the palm trees and San Jacinto mountains. There is a laundry closet on the balcony for your convenience. The bath features a tub/shower combo and comfy towels.
Enjoy views of mountains, relax and sun at the pools and spas, or play a game of tennis on property, Mesquite Country Club right next door. It's literally walking distance!

This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
