One of our finest vacation destinations at the beautiful Mesquite Country Club. Step into comfort in this recently renovated (floors, sliding glass doors, bathrooms, kitchen and living room furniture), fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom upper condo. Two balconies provide exquisite panoramic views of the pool to the south and surrounding mountains.
All considerations have been given to your comfort in this well-equipped, tastefully decorated condo. In addition to a large flat-screen TV in the living room, you'll also find smart, flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms. There is wireless internet access for your convenience, and you can barbeque on the gas grill.
Once you stay here, we're sure you'll want to make this your new home away from home.

Amenities include: Pools, spas,tennis, (new) washer/dryer in unit, gated complex, 1 King bed and 1 queen bed.
This vacation home rents on a 28-night minimum basis. During the winter season, between December and April, you must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month.
A refundable Security Deposit is required during the summer months.
NO PETS WITHOUT APPROVAL - You must inform us if you wish to bring your dog. We will request information about your dog and may need to procure owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. An additional pet charge will apply, and an additional refundable deposit may apply.
