Well Equipped and Great Location

This house is very well equipped with a well stocked kitchen and more towels than we could imagine every using. The internet was fast, and the beds very comfortable. The pool is spacious, and also well stocked with noodles, etc.

Within an easy walk (or very short drive) are stores like Whole Foods, Walmart, Target, Trade Joes, and Total Wine. It is also easy to get on hiking trails and head uphill for a nice walk and great view over the valley. Overall, and excellent place for some work-from-home covid snowbirds.

I booked this house for family to celebrate my birthday and it was the perfect staycation destination. The house was super clean and we appreciated the extra precautions with COVID, like the seal on the toilets and the addition of hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes. There were also tons of kitchen supplies which made cooking a breeze and if we needed anything, the store was a short distance away. Lastly, we absolute loved the pool and spent most of our days and nights there. The palm trees provide the perfect amount of shade during the day and it was even more beautiful in the evening with the lights. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

Very nice house with beautiful backyard. Some maintenance issues including some pool tiles that had fallen off and were at the bottom of the pool. No trash bags and overflowing outside trash cans upon arrival. No oven mitts and few pans/frying pans. Otherwise it was clean and a wonderful spot for my family to enjoy a few days away. **VRBO GUEST**

My partner and I spent a week in this lovely home and couldn't have been more pleased. The house has been beautifully renovated and decorated and was fully stocked with everything. The back yard and pool area were breathtaking with the mature palm trees, large heated pool, hot tub, landscape lighting and complete privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located right off 111 for quick trips between Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs. The only thing the house could use is an outdoor fire pit for those chilly evenings, but the gas fireplace inside certainly was a nice touch. All together, we were thoroughly happy with our stay and would certainly come back!!! **VRBO GUEST**

We rented this house when going to Desert Trip concert. The location was walkable to shops and restaurants. The house was well stocked...comfy beds...very clean. The best part was the beautiful backyard...all pool, spa and pool deck...lines with GORGEOUS palms.

I don't write a lot of reviews but this place deserves my efforts! We had a fabulous stay at Rancho Mirage in this SUPER clean, well stocked, well furnished home. It's the nicest vacation home I have ever stayed in, one of those that makes you just go "Ahhhh..." when you walk in the door. The air conditioner worked well, the pool was clean and refreshing open and airy layout with comfortable color schemes, well thought out supply of toiletries/pool toys/kitchen gadgets. All the bedding, carpets, furnishing looked brand new. I settled right in and barely wanted to leave the house although there are lots of great places to eat and shop nearby. We had 2 kids with us who just LOVED it as well. We will be back!

Awesome, very clean and comfortable home! We rented the house for a weekend, and everyone enjoyed it. There is something to do for all ages in our group. Multiple casinos are close for those who wanted to gamble. Kids loved spending time at the pool the whole day. Restaurants and shopS are only a few miles away. The house is well stocked with items needed. Kitchen had all cooking and dining items we needed. This place was home away from home. We will definitely go back!

Our family rented this house for a weekend getaway. The house was clean and was fully stocked. Our kids spent hours in the pool and jacuzzi and had a great time. There are many good restaurants and shopping nearby. I strongly recommend this house. My wife wants to come back for a longer stay next time.

As you take your first steps into The Palm House, you’re invited into the Great Room, which is perfectly designed for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The fully furnished open kitchen has its own breakfast bar, so you can retain an intimate atmosphere with company while you prepare drinks or a quick meal. With one sweeping motion, the walls of glass slide away to welcome you into your desert oasis. 1,214 sqft.

Enjoy a meal under the blanket of stars, take a dip in the crystal clear saltwater swimming pool, or wind down with a bottle of bubbly in the bubbling spa, while being treated to the sounds and skies of the desert.

The primary bedroom has an HDTV, King sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and convenient access to the spa and pool. The guest bedrooms are furnished with their own flat-screen televisions and share the hall bathroom.

Mandatory Utility Deposit:
A refundable utility deposit of $1,000 per month is required as an additional fee and a vacation rental contract must be signed to confirm the reservation. The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00 per month.

Per Rancho Mirage Vacation Rental Ordinance the maximum overnight occupancy allowed is 2 people per bedroom (The number of children 6 years or younger shall not exceed one-half of the permitted total number of occupants).
