The main living area is bright and sunny with comfortable leather sofas, bar seating for up to six, a 46" High Def TV with Blu-ray player, and direct access through lovely French doors to the pool and spa. The large dining room seats up to eight. When it's time to call it a night, there are six bedrooms and extra sleeping areas to ensure that everyone has a comfy place to sleep.

The private pool and spa are side by side so you can enjoy both or just relax on a lounge chair while soaking in the year-round Palm Springs sunshine. A basketball court is there for kids and kids at heart who love to shoot hoops. And you'll enjoy the spacious outdoor kitchen and with shaded dining table and multiple lounging areas. The staff at Oranj Palms were so friendly and welcoming. Yes you have to go to their office to get check in instructions and sign contract but it is clearly stated when making reservations. There are city ordinances that they have to abide by but they do a great job of explaining and even making light of it. Upon check in the house was very clean. I own a cleaning business and have managed vacation rentals so I am hard to impress when it comes to cleanliness of rentals. There was an ample supply of towels and extra pillows and linens if needed. Plenty of room to accommodate our large party of 10 Overall amazing experience!
