There is no need to stay in a condo when you can have your own private home, carport parking for two cars, and a community pool just a short trek North from the front door!

Keeping in mind its mid-century style, this two-bedroom home has been renovated throughout with the latest accouterments. Every room has glass sliding doors that open up to gorgeous garden views, so you will feel at home from the moment you pass through the front gate and step into the secluded courtyard surrounding the house.

The open great room features a recently remodeled kitchen with the latest stainless-steel appliances and modern furnishings. There is dining seating for six and a breakfast bar for a morning meal and coffee shared with your guests.

The living room has a 50-inch HDTV with streaming channels, and just outside its glass walls, you can settle down on the patio at its dining table for a meal or relax on the plentiful lounge seating to enjoy the desert breeze in your own private paradise. If you’re ready for a swim, take your sunglasses, towel, and swimsuit just a short walk to the community pool next door.

You’ll want for nothing while staying in the master bedroom, with its en-suite bathroom, expansive walk-in closet, 45” smart TV, and a cozy king-size bed, with a sliding glass door out to a private patio for your coffee in the morning. The guest bedroom has its own 37” HDTV, Queen size bed, and sliding glass door to another patio next to the courtyard entry

Mandatory Utility Deposit:
A refundable utility deposit of $600 per month is required as an additional fee and a vacation rental contract must be signed to confirm the reservation. The utility deposit will be used to pay monthly gas and electric bills that when combined exceed $200.00 per month.
