As you pull up and walk through the front gate, you'll arrive on the large front terrace with citrus trees, a cactus garden, a fountain, and gorgeous views of Palm Springs. Open the custom iron entry doors into the first-level foyer surrounded by Spanish tiled archways of this two-story estate. The comfortable formal living room boasts a gas fireplace and vista views. The adjacent dining room features Timothy Oulton lighting and seating, a bar with wine cellar, a half bath, and the den with ample sectional seating featuring an 82" Apple TV and movie scene lighting. Your group will love the chef's kitchen with double ovens, a warming drawer, a Sub-zero fridge-freezer, Breville appliances, fully automatic espresso, and more! A built-in grill outside the kitchen for KC-style barbecuing sits at the base of a 5-level fountain.

Upstairs, you will find three sleeping quarters, a patio with a saltwater pool and spa, and one of the best surprises in this home, a full saloon! The Saloon consists of a vintage 1926 billiards table, arcade game table, commercial bar with ice maker, balconies with vista views, and access to the mountainside patio with pool and spa (and misters)! The Ridge Suite is the primary bedroom featuring a gas fireplace, private balcony seating to take in the views, desk, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, jetted tub, walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and pool access. The Garden Suite, the secondary bedroom, features a desk, walk-in closet, balcony access to the pool, and a marble ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Vista Room is the third bedroom featuring a desk, and balcony with views; it shares the hall marble bathroom with a walk-in shower. All bedrooms have king beds and Apple TV featuring the Spectrum Cable APP with access to 125+channels.

Outback, the uniqueness of this luxury property continues! The backyard is nestled against the mountain and is perfect for socializing by the pool, finding spaces for reading/meditation, or a short hike to the home's peak lookout. As you take the stone steps up, you may be lucky enough to encounter bighorn sheep jumping around the landscape!

Ridge House, located in the Mesa neighborhood, is a historic celebrity enclave. It is in an ideal central location in Palm Springs, directly between downtown and South Palm Springs. This home is within walking distance to several popular destinations: Mr. Lyon's, Miro's, Bar Cecil, Gigi's at the Sonder, Ace Hotel, Saguaro Hotel, Kreem, Gabinos Creperie, Lykken Trail, Moorten's Botanical Garden, and many other local gems.

Please be aware that the back of the property is unfenced to the mountain and open to visits from local wildlife, such as Big Horn sheep which are a protected species. Please do not ever feed any wildlife. Feeding even small animals attracts predators.
Supervise children, pets, or service animals at all times while outside to protect their interaction with native animals. Keep sliding doors and garage closed at all times.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The pool, hot tub and covered outdoor patio were the highlights. The house is gorgeous and very well decorated. The bedrooms have nice tall windows with great views. We cannot wait to visit again. Close to hiking spots in a great neighborhood.

We were three couples in our late 50's, early 60's on a weekend getaway from San Francisco. Longtime friends. The home was spacious enough where none of us felt like we were crowding each other. The home was well supplied, and perfect for all of us to lounge and enjoy the weather. Quick drive to the Palm Springs downtown strip. We would definitely recommend this property.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this Palm Springs Airbnb property, and it was truly a mixed bag of delights. Nestled amidst the serene landscape of Palm Springs, this home was clearly well-planned and thoughtfully laid out, offering a blend of spectacular features. One of the undeniable highlights of our stay was the exquisite water features scattered throughout the property. From the tranquil fountain by the entrance to the refreshing pool that beckoned us to cool off under the desert sun, these elements added a touch of luxury and serenity to our stay. The game room, complete with a pool table, provided endless entertainment and friendly competition. It was the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploration in the nearby hiking trails, which offered breathtaking views of the desert landscape right from the backyard. Speaking of location, being in close proximity to Moorton's Botanical Garden was an unexpected perk. Oranj Palm provided excellent customer care.

Had a great stay here with 2 adults and 2 kids. The house is spacious and very nicely decorated in a quiet neighborhood that was about a 10 minute drive from the major attractions in Palm Springs. The flow of the pool area opening into the bar and game room was great and there's a peaceful place to watch the sunrise on the hill in the rear garden. All the appliances, lighting, and TVs are high quality and in good service. Oranj Palm staff were very responsive to questions we had over text and walked us through the house when we arrived. Highly recommended.

Wowza! This house is a total stunner and an absolute comfort haven, matching every bit of its description! It’s become a top pick of our Palm Springs getaway, the mountain side is just drop-dead gorgeous! Every bit was picture-perfect, and let me tell you, the amenities, decor, and furniture? Even more fabulous than the photos suggest. The layout is super cool, featuring en-suite bathrooms and uber-comfortable beds! Our absolute fav spot? The game room! It’s loaded with a pool table, a mammoth of a bar, and a balcony with those sweet mountain views. Location? Top-notch! It’s a hiker’s dream and just a hop away from some classy restaurants in south Palm Springs. Checking in and out was a breeze! Giving this house a massive thumbs up—highly recommend!"

We booked Ridge House for our stay during a wedding in Palm Springs. The property can be described as a luxury vacation rental that gives you the feeling of staying at a private hotel. Everything in Ridge House is of greatest quality with an eye for details. Starting with a gym, a professionally equipped kitchen, three luxurious bedrooms and a full bar. The view of the balconies is breathtaking, as you looked over all of Palm Springs. The pool is always kept at perfect temperature and the mist will cool you down during the hot Palm Springs summer. At night we can only recommend a walk up to the outlook at the top of the property. From there you will have an amazing view of the city and mountains at night. The stay has been an outstanding experience and we cannot wait to come back. Thank you Ridge House!

This perfect desert home is nestled into the beautiful mountains of Palm Springs, which gives a unique edge to the other vacation homes in the area. Sit by the pool and enjoy nature roll out in front of you. A scene of mountain goats, lizards, different species of birds, and dragon flies. It for real felt like I was living in a Nat Geo documentary!

In addition to the scenery, renting the home was an ease, the bedrooms were beautiful with the comfiest beds, rain showers already filled with quality products, and the upstairs bar was a weekend favorite! So many memories were made at Ridge House. I will be back very soon:

Waking up every day to a sea of palm trees over the city of Palm Springs was just the beginning of my day at Ridge House. Meandering down the beautiful staircase on my way down to the kitchen to make my cappuccino, made me feel like a princess. Sitting poolside on my teak lounge chair and Restoration Hardware pool towel, with misters overhead, the fairy tale continued. The view from the pool is of the mountainside and severs times I saw big-horn sheep wandering the hillside terrain.
The experience at Ridge House combined both nature and beauty for the soul as well as luxury for the body.
There is so much attention to detail from the bathroom hand soaps and shampoo to the mood lighting and hands-free technology in the home.
I highly recommend this property.
